- Successfully defended person charged with battery by her ex-husband. When she came to the former marital home and the ex-husband accused her of battery when the screen door allegedly jammed his arm. After a one week jury trial, the jury came back with not guilty on all charges. (DuPage County)
- Successfully defended a 16 year old of reckless homicide of an off duty police officer killed at the scene. The jury found the defendant not guilty when the defense showed the alleged witnesses at the scene were planted by friends of the victim to falsely accuse defendant of homicide. (Kane County)
- Successfully defended a mother of four charged with aggravated battery of a police officer at the police station over a traffic stop. The defendant was 5 feet tall and the officer was over 6 feet. After a week long jury trial the defendant was found not guilty. (DuPage County)
- Successfully won in federal court the defendant's right to counsel in a case to release his assets so he may hire private defense. (Federal Court in Chicago)
Family
- Successfully litigated guardianship of minor on behalf of concerned grandmother; also handled guardianship actions over the estate and person of disabled persons as well as minors.
